In 1977, our founder Joe Ciresi, went to his first concert – Led Zeppelin at Richfield Coliseum in Cleveland, OH. Joe instantly fell in love with Rock & Roll and knew he wanted to make a career out of it.
Fortunately, Joe’s lack of musical flair helped him switch gears to showcase his other passion – his love of delicious foods. Joe opened up the very first Zeppe’s in 1990, sticking to the core values of serving quality, fresh recipes passed down from the Old Country & providing an exceptional guest experience each and every time.
After opening Zeppe’s Pizzerias locations throughout Northeast Ohio, Joe figured out a way to combine his true loves of delectable foods and Rock & Roll music with the full-service Zeppe’s Tavern and Zeppe’s Bistro locations. Eat, Drink & Rock ‘n’ Roll!
